Ordering & Shipping Information
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We process orders from our factory Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) daily. Most orders will be shipped within 5 days of order placement. We will notify you should there be any delay in shipping beyond the normal 5 days turn around. If you need your order sooner, please choose an expedited service when placing your order.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping rates are based on the quantity of items ordered as well as the distance from our factory to your shipping address. Once you enter your shipping address during the checkout process, the shipping rates and options will be displayed for you to choose which option works best for you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are currently shipping in the US and Canada only. We are hoping to expand to international shipping in the near future. If you are interested in receiving updates on when this will begin, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please pay close attention to the shipping information provided to Haynes. It is important to provide a complete address. If applicable, please make sure your apartment number or suite number is clearly stated.
If you do discover an error in the shipping information provided, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct prior to shipping. Once shipped from our factory we are unable to correct the shipping address with the carrier and you will still be responsible for the order.
If we receive a returned item back to the factory, we will inspect the order and issue a refund based on the condition of the product. We will not refund the initial freight charges on any order. If you would like the item sent to another address you will be responsible for the initial freight and any subsequent freight charges.
Once you receive your tracking information most orders should be received within 4-5 busines days. If you feel that your order is lost or missing, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact information. We will respond with the next steps.
You should receive an order confirmation that we have received your order as well as the tracking information once shipped. If you have not received this, please reach out to us at email@example.com. Please check your Spam or junk folder prior to reaching out to us.
ISSUES WITH ORDERS
We take pride in getting you your order in a timely manner with 100% accuracy. Should there be anything wrong with your order please notify us immediately so we can make it right. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information.

- Order Number
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you can return your items within 30 days of your purchase date for a prompt refund. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include copy of your order confirmation email in the box with your return. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
